Vehicles

Our modern removals vehicle fleet consists of a variety of sizes and vehicle types. Our articulated trailers are used on our European removals trips. This allows good utilisation of space, allowing more capacity for part load removals or very large exclusive use house removals. We can offer different service options.

Dedicated/Exclusive use

We will allocate a vehicle and staff to complete your European removal from start to finish. You will be able to specify collection and delivery dates and our own permanent staff will pack, load, deliver and unpack at your final destination.

Part load service

This option allows for sharing a vehicle load. It is often the case that customers will have just a small load of items for removal, perhaps furnishing a second home. We require more flexibility with delivery dates, as this allows us to plan each European removals trip.  The overall removals costs are then spread between several customers, allowing us to quote cost-effective prices for this service. Your move co-ordinator

As soon as you have chosen RSS to carry out your European removal, a dedicated member of our experienced staff will co-ordinate your move. This will include advising on any documentation requirements. We will keep you informed of collection and delivery dates and updates on the progress of your removal during transit. Our staff are based at one location, so no head offices or call centres to deal with.

Should you require storage, RSS have our own outstanding storage services. We are able to securely and safely store your belongings during transit, as part of our removals and storage service. We can also offer storage at your destination through our network of approved agents.

Our experienced staff will ensure our European removals service meets your requirements and handled efficiently and with care. Our specialist export packing service will ensure your furniture arrives safely, wherever you are in Scotland, Glasgow or Edinburgh. RSS also offer additional removals insurance to cover your goods in transit.
