I am very content with the service I had from RSS. Alan and Forbes were professional, polite and good humoured. On arrival they introduced themselves and took time to see the items for removal. They had a methodical approach and took care to ensure that items being removed were appropriately protected and that when removing and installing the items there was no risk of damage to items or surrounding area. They were helpful in placing items as I asked. The lorry looked to be kept in good order and clean. I noted that at the end of the removal they took time to ensure the lorry and it’s contents were tidied
