In summary, the team yesterday were excellent; on time, polite, careful with both packing the more delicate objects and transportation to the vehicle(s) for removal to storage. They all introduced themselves and were clearly trustworthy and friendly whilst getting on directly with the work to be done.
They look professional and behave with care and attention. All this despite an awkward flat in many ways i.e. third floor with a further internal small staircase plus coombed ceilings in a couple of rooms! As always, a great service. We will be in touch as and when we find our next permanent address – promise it will be ground floor/main door or at least a lift!
I don’t think there is anything we could suggest that would improve things on the packaging front and whilst moving is a cost your prices are competitive and worth it for the quality of people delivering the removal services plus the confidence of knowing your storage and insurance facilities are in place too.
