I have to say that my experience of the move was excellent. All the guys were really friendly and polite and I felt they went out of their way to make it smooth and easy for which I am eternally grateful. It was a big move and not once did I hear a gripe or even a groan!!!Generally the unloading went very well, there are still some boxes that I think have been put in random places, an example of this- I had two boxes clearly labels at Christmas presents, one of the young lads asked me about it as he was aware that it was important they didn’t get lost in the sea of boxes. This was brilliant and I really appreciated the extra thought. As yet I am still to locate the second box of presents and I’m hoping it isn’t buried in the mountain in the garage!! I’m guessing the second box was done by someone else who didn’t quite give it as much thought. It isn’t the end of the world but it’s a good example of okay v superb and the service by the young guy is the type of thing that is remembered. All in all I was really impressed from start to finish and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your services.
