Apologies this has taken so long to send, but better late than never. I wanted to express our gratitude for your company’s professionalism and friendliness throughout the moving process. Everything was as stress-free as it could possibly be. Everything was well packed, and barring a couple of bumps and nicks that are an inevitable part of moving, all our possessions have arrived in exactly the same shape as they left. The two guys who unloaded the van in Cambridge were particularly heroic in terms of how much they moved in so little time.
The only issue we found in the whole process was one box where a pair of dirty boots were packed directly on top of a wool coat. Fortunately the coat escaped damage, and this was the only flaw in an otherwise perfect experience. We would certainly recommend you to anyone else looking to make a similar move.
