Overall we could not be more impressed with the whole process. I would particularly like to comment on the service from the guys doing the packing and moving – they were incredibly friendly, efficient and professional. The main day of packing up our old house was incredibly hot during that heatwave and even with the windows open and a fan on, the house was unbearably hot! The guys did not complain once and did not allow it to impact their work, continuing to work with speed and efficiency – I was so impressed as I was struggling in the heat! The guys were very helpful, working around us and what we were doing to tidy as well, and were patient at working around our cats so they didn’t escape! The speed of unpacking at the other end was also impressive, and it was nice to see all the other colleagues pitching in given it was so close to base to get it done quickly.
Finally everything was well labelled so we knew what was where and could unpack boxes with some order. As I said, super impressed and I would definitely recommend you to anyone else that was moving.
