Firstly a very big thank you to all concerned for yet another smooth running and efficient service. This is the second time I have used RSS in the past 7 months (as a family, we have had multiple moves over many years, so I feel I can give an accurate comparison to other companies we have used previously) and to be honest, I can’t think I would ever use anyone else.
From initial enquiry to completion of the move, everything was dealt with in a faultless manner. Staff are always well presented, polite and friendly. Packing materials were provided on request. The very small suggestion I might make, would be that packing paper for fragile items would be welcome.
I have already recommended you to a family member, who also had a very successful move towards the end of last year. Tehir move was done from 2 houses. Another (large and National) company did the move from one home and RSS outperformed them in all area.
