Happy to provide feedback, was planning on dropping you a note anyway to say thank you and to highlight just how great Wayne and guys were. My husband and I have moved many times before and used different firms but the professionalism of the guys you have working for you is excellent. Wayne was professional and general all round nice guy and worked very hard. Communication was clear and kept to schedule. Everything was done to make our lives as easy as possible – little things like highlighting which boxes had our bedding in it so even if we didn’t unpack everything we could still get to bed that night.
Really it was the attitude of the team that’s different to what we’ve encountered before. I think you have some top class guys who are an asset to your company. The vehicle was immaculate from what I could see of it.
All of the furniture and boxes ended up in the right rooms with very little input from myself. Boxes were well packed with packaging used appropriately. One cabinet handle is a little bent but I can live with it and overall everything has arrived in good condition. Overall it’s been an excellent service and very happy.
