The removal service was absolutely fine. You warned me duly in advance on the change of date
of arrival of my piece of furniture, so that was fine.
The driver’s name was John. His truck looked lovely and clean, and he was a charming man.
Unfortunately we live in a ” Résidence”, with very narrow alley ways, and short turning space.
I therefore warned John to park his truck just outside the entrance to the Résidence. We lent him a pair of wheels
to roll the chest right to our front door – and with another strong young man who came to our house
for the delivery ; John and he even took the chest right up stairs to our main bedroom.
What more could anyone ask for ? Please give my best to your driver John – he really is a fine man
and so helpful and polite.
