Overall, we were very happy with the service (as with previous moves). During both the removal in Portugal and the delivery in Scotland, the RSS employees were excellent. Always polite, always punctual, respectful of our belongings and a pleasure to work with.
Also, the contractors you used (in Portugal and Scotland) were very good. The entire team worked hard to get the job done.
If I had one comment on room for improvement, it would be that some of our boxes arrived without much of a description of the contents (just the room it came from). I think this is because the two contractors in Portugal (who were otherwise excellent) didn’t speak English.
Finally, I would particularly like to mention John, who oversaw the whole move. He did a consistently good job and is a credit to RSS.
