Thanks for your query. The move went very well I think. I have no complaints from start to finish of the process. The initial meeting with Graham was very easy and he was very kind and understanding with my elderly mum. The removal team were hardworking, polite and kept me informed throughout. They dealt with the whole process with good humour, and made me feel confident and involved. They were courteous to my mum at the other end of the delivery and were most helpful in moving things to the desired location within the property. The packing etc was all good.
The thing I appreciated most was the quiet, no fuss organisation. At a time when I was making numerous phonecalls and emails to lots and lots of different organisations, I hugely appreciated that your staff just turned up when they said they would and did what we had agreed, without additional communication.
