I could not be more complimentary about your team who delivered to me yesterday. Bob and Kevin.They arrived in good time and let me know when they were about half an hour away. They were very careful not to damage the lawns with such a large lorry to manoeuvre and then when here were very helpful in moving each item to the various places they needed to go. They would even have helped me reassemble the large mirror if I had the appropriate fixings to hand (which I didn’t).
In all I couldn’t speak more highly of the service and their general professionalism and courtesy. The vehicle was clean and in good condition inside and out and I was impressed at their careful driving. I had intended to give them a little extra for their efforts but with all that was going on I became distracted and stupidly failed to do so. If you could let me know how I might be able to put this right I would happily do so now. If it isn’t possible then please can you thank them again for me and apologise that, although I fully intended to, I failed to give them a little extra yesterday for their efforts.
