The removal went perfectly. The teams in Edinburgh and Dijon were punctual and very professional. The packing in Edinburgh was done very well indeed – nothing was broken (although I still have a few boxes to unpack!), and the staff were very effective in a non-intrusive way. They asked relevant questions, and in that sense allowed me to think through the move rather than feel pushed or stressed by it. What was particularly useful was that they told me what they were going to do (e.g. which rooms they would be working through), so that I could be a step ahead of them if needed.The arrival in Dijon was excellent too. I got a phone call the day before to confirm when the lorry would be arriving. Everything was taken into the right parts of the house, and beds etc reassembled in very good time and very carefully. Thank you again for such an great service – it took a lot of the stress out of the move!
