We were absolutely delighted with the whole process from start to finish. When we first contacted yourself you were very helpful, then Graham came to the house and thoroughly explained to process to us and gave us peace of mind. The day the vehicle arrived to pick up our furniture was stressful but your team were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond and could not do enough to help us. Nothing was a problem to them. They were very respectful and made sure our belongings were well taken care of. On arrival of the vehicle in Spain everything went very smooth. John (Jocky) was extremely helpful. He kept in touch with us to let us know what was happening and never complained once about the fact he had to offload on to a smaller vehicle as he could not get his vehicle up our access road! He worked very hard in extreme temperatures but still kept his good humour.
As far as packing materials etc are concerned, we were happy with everything. The cleanliness of the vehicle was very acceptable. Apart from a few minor scrapes we have not suffered much damage to anything .This was a huge move for us and I cannot praise yourself and our team enough for making the whole process as stress free as possible. I would have no hesitation in recommending RSS to anyone.
