The service was exceptional. Graham and Fergus were truly remarkable, not only for their professionalism and skill but also for being thoroughly personable and supportive throughout.

I can't praise the team highly enough from excellent communication, clear pricing, highly skilled removal expertise, and packing with such care for the items. Everything was packed securely and unloaded to perfection.

Some 25 years ago I used RSS and they were great. Again I went with RSS with a move of my 4/5 bed house from Livingston through to Newton Mearns, Glasgow and from start to finish, the team at RSS were fantastic.

We had many worries on the day of the move, however none were from the team of guys from RSS, in fact they were amazing, nothing was an issue and very professional. I am happy to thoroughly recommend the team at RSS for a house move...Fantastic!

Graham was excellent to work with in terms of communication and he was very understanding with the unforeseen delays that we had.
His team, on the day, were incredibly efficient and a pleasure to work with. Enjoyable banter as well.
I would highly recommend and would use again.

We recently used RSS for a move from Glasgow to Edinburgh, with some of our items going into storage. The day of the move, the movers (Luke and Tommy) arrived very much on time, were speedy, courteous, and an overall pleasure to work with. RSS really took the stress out of moving. RSS was top notch, exceeding our expectations and very much outperforming previous movers. They were also very competitively priced and for our move plus weekly storage, they came out to be the best value for money while still keeping quality high. We will definitely use them again.

Just a quick update (2026): we ended up putting more things in storage and then recently had our personal affairs redelivered. These guys are incredible. Speedy, friendly, efficient, and very careful with both our belongings and navigating tricky corners. They blow all of the 'Man and a van' gig services out of the water. Highly recommend.

I/we just wanted to say a gigantic thank you to you Graham, Mike, David and the rest of your team for such an efficient service. Excellent communication from first contact, fair costing and excellent range of options for pick up and delivery to suit us the clients & your business.

Pick up time was given. Arrived half an hour early which suited us. We were super impressed by how quickly your team lifted our furniture up from our -difficult of access … sorry- basement flat in Glasgow and how quickly and with great care they uploaded the furniture in Bangor two weeks later. We just needed one of us to direct Mike & Callum to put the furniture in the right rooms. And hey presto! Everything worked out perfectly. That’s how removals should be… effortless efficient personable. We will be letting our friends know about your company should they need removal services. And will contact you again should we need to remove furniture from uk to uk or uk to Europe or Europe to uk.

Again we thank you for your professionalism and excellent service and wish you the best of luck for everything.
Mani & Graham

We’ve moved house many times and can honestly say this was the BEST experience we’ve ever had moving home (which let's face it is one of the most stressful things to do in life!!!). Graham helped sort everything from a logistics point of view via email and on the phone, and Gregor and Graeme were truly superb with our pack and move over 3 days. What nice guys! I really enjoyed chatting with them in between the packing : ) They took all the stress away, and it was a pleasure to have them around. We got lots of removal quotes, and RSS seemed like the best price/quality ratio when we booked them for the job. Little did I know they would surpass all expectation, and I’m so happy we decided to go with RSS : ) Highly recommended.

The Removal Services Scotland are an amazing company. Have used their services twice now. The team was very professional and made our move from France to Scotland stress free and easy. Also a very reasonable fees in comparison with some other companies. Thank you so much for all your help.

This involved a small home in an international move.
Graham was responsive & efficient and I appreciated his prompt correspondence when I was organising things remotely.
My belongings were well packed by his team. Considering the time & distance covered, few things came to harm.
Thanks RSS Edinburgh

We first used RSS Ltd 25 years ago for a move across Edinburgh. They were very good then and we were pleased to see they were still in business for our recent move. This time the move was from Edinburgh to Perthshire and the team did not disappoint. They were very efficient at packing up our furniture and belongings and the whole process was completed within two days. We can certainly recommend them!

Graham Byers and his team at RSS handled our move and storage seamlessly. It was a two stage move from Edinburgh to storage and then from storage to SW France, throughout the process Graham was on hand and always contactable. The removal team themselves worked hard and carefully and respectfully. The move to France involved a local french team as well as Mike from Edinburgh, the same again everything in place and carefully done. Mike was superb. The cost was reasonable and value for money. In all that just one minor breakage and Graham covered the cost of that without a quibble. Moving abroad proved quite stressful but RSS made that side of it a breeze. Thank you to Graham and Mike and everyone involved.

RSS Ltd. provided a fantastic service when we undertook a complicated cross country move. They were very understanding and accommodating about all the delays that we experienced in the process, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly. On the day of the removal and delivery the lads were kind, professional and very efficient and our items were well looked after. Moving house is stressful and emotional and RSS made the process a lot easier.

From the first visit, in Glenfarg, to assess what we required to the delivery in Almunecar, Spain, the service was exceptional. All involved made the move so straightforward and stress free. We're so glad we chose RSS for our move. The quality of service was above and beyond what we ever expected. And all done with a smile.
